Managing Director of the Foundation "El Sonido y El Tiempo Internacional" (Il Suono e Il Tempo Internazionale), created in 1992 in Italy as a musical pedagogic & concertistic programm that makes permanent cultural exchange with other countries not only with concerts, but also as Internacional Seminars, and Masterclasses with youth musicians and great artists. The foundation won the special prize “Positive Cultural Events 2002” that gave the “Asosciación de Críticos Argentinos”.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1961, began his studies with Beatriz Tabares, and achieved his diploma graduating with full marks from the "Conservatorio Nacional "C. L. Buchardo, Buenos Aires". He has enriched his musical skills with important pianists as Manuel Rego, Aldo Antognazzi, Carmen Scalcione; and also chamber music with Ljerko Spiller; J.P. Franze among others.
In 1989 he went for several years to Europe to live in Italy, and where he studied with the great pianist Fausto Zadra at the "Ecole International de Piano Fondation Ciem-Mozart" de Lausanne (Switzerland) and Rome (Italy), where he achieved the "Diploma of post-graduate studies of piano".
As member of the "Cuarteto Assai", he represented his country having tournées all over Argentina for the United Nations during the "Internacional Youth Year 1985". In 1987 was 1º Prize in the "Argentine Musical Promotions Competition".
Daniel Goldstein has an important activity as a solist and also with chamber musicians, performing with Orchestras such as "Ensamble di Camera di Bergamo", "Rosario Symphonic Ochestra", National Radio Youth Orchestra", "National University Orchestra from Cuyo", "Academic Orchestra from La Plata" , with great conductors such as Thüring Bräm (Luzern), Juan Carlos Zorzi, Ljerko Spiller among others; playing concerts in diferents cities of Argentina, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, being also jury at the Sognare Musica International Competition of Pescara 1996.
He obtained everywhere excelent public and critics appreciation about his performings in Mozart's music. With his Fondation he develops an intense music pedagogic activities giving and organizaing International Seminars in different countries and y creating since 1998 the "Courses, Competions and International Scolarships El Sonido y El Tiempo" with an interactive work where participates important artists such as Thüring Bräm (Switzerland), Stefano Cucci (Italy), Stefano Mancuso (Italy), Andrea Lucchessini (Italy) , John Anthony Calabrese (USA); Ljerko Spiller, Rafael Gintoli, Antonio De Raco, among others.
He made during 2003 an important tournée as a soloist and in duet for 2 pianos with the italian pianist Moira Michelini playing argentine repertoire and giving Masterclasses for the “Seminario Pianisitico 2003 Tribute to Fausto Zadra - Sassari” (Sardegna /Italy) and at the Musikhochschule Luzern (Switzerland). In may 2005 has been invited as a special guest to play with the Chamber Solists Luzern /Switzerland in the Concert tribute for the 90th birthday of José Bragato, together with the Maestro, with a special programme “Nuevo Tango”.
In 2006 he made a tournee with the swiss violinist Thomas García and participated at the activities of courses and concerts with the National Conservatory of Tolima at Colombia; playing also as soloist with the orchestra.
He made International tournees as solist and also as a guest with the Tartini Kvartet Slovenia in Europe and in Argentina with great succes in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2007, playing at the Teatro Colón from Buenos Aires, among others.
During 2009 to 2011 he prepared the complete Works for Chamber Music from the argentine composer Mtro. José Bragato together with other important musicians such as the String Quartett from “Fundación Cultural Patagonia/Argentina; the “Symphony Orchestra from Olavarría/Argentina conducted by Diego Lurbe, to be part of the Project called “Músicos.ar” (argentine musicians) from the Foundation; also included works of the argentine composer Mtro.Saul Cosentino playing together with him, his 4 hands pieces.
Musicos.ar is a project that will be soon presented as a Documentary for TV. He continues teaching not only in piano and chamber music but also giving masterclasses for pianists about technic called “Pianorama” based on his studies with Fausto Zadra and Carmen Scalcione (great pianistas and teahcers from Vincenzo Scaramuzza’s School)
